How to Book

1.   Check the availability of your selected dates by clicking on the availability
heading on the left hand info bar

2.   Send us an email: booking@casalazenia.com
or telephone us on 07956 375749 or 01908 520657
to confirm if your selected dates are still available

3.   Once we confirm your dates are available they will be reserved for you.
You can then go ahead and book flights if required

4.   We will request some information by email from you.  Alternatively we can
post you a booking request form

5.   Once we receive your booking request by email or post we will send
you a booking confirmation contract which must be signed and returned to us
as soon as possible.  A 20% non-refundable deposit will be payable at
this time. (Full cost of booking will be payable if arrival is less than 8 weeks ahead)

6.   The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival

7.   £100 (150€) refundable security deposit required.
Refunded when house is checked after departure

8.   Key arrangements will be advised in writing with booking confirmation

9.   Please keep the house clean and please respect the neighbours
