Booking The booking form must be completed by the Lead Guest who must be aged 25 years or over and returned with the non refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking cost. The Lead Guest who completes the booking form certifies that he or she is authorised to agree the booking conditions on behalf of all persons included on the booking form, including those added or substituted at a later date at Casa La Zenias’ agreement. The Lead Guest must notify Casa La Zenia of any such changes immediately they are known. Only the persons named on the booking form are allowed to stay in the house. A booking confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions and shall be binding on the persons intending to occupy the property whether or not such persons have submitted the booking form. A booking between Casa La Zenia and the person making the booking (the lead guest) is valid only after the booking form has been completed and submitted, and the appropriate deposit has been paid to Casa La Zenia. Once Casa La Zenia have confirmed the booking, the Lead Guest is responsible for the total price of the rental property as agreed. The remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. If the full balance is not paid at this time, Casa La Zenia reserves the right to cancel the booking and the reservation deposit will be forfeited. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the commencement date will require full payment with the booking form. Bookings cannot be accepted from all male or all female parties. Occupancy of the property is limited to the maximum indicated on the property description. The Lead Guest agrees not to sublet or share the property except with persons nominated on the booking form.

Balance payment Balance including the refundable security deposit of £100 (145€) is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.  

Cancellation If the Lead Guest wishes to cancel the booking he/she should advise Casa La Zenia immediately by telephone followed by confirmation in writing. On receipt of such notification, Casa La Zenia will (without obligation) use their best endeavours to obtain a replacement booking and, if such replacement is obtained on the same or better terms, will refund the Lead Guest any monies paid. If Casa La Zenia is unable to re-book the property the company shall be entitled to retain all payments already made. In the unlikely event that circumstances beyond Casa La Zenias’ control necessitates the cancellation of the rental agreement, Casa La Zenia reserves the right to cancel any bookings at any time and will only be liable to refund any monies already paid by the Lead Guest, without interest or further compensation. 

Liability Casa La Zenia accept no responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal belongings however caused. Casa La Zenia cannot accept liability for any loss of rental time due to travel problems, flight delays or cancellations, industrial disputes or any events that are outside our control including any form of Force Majeur. Liability is not accepted by Casa La Zenia for loss of main services, of failure of appliance, nor for the consequence of the actions or omissions of persons who may control the supply of mains services, nor any action taken within the vicinity of the property by any authority over which there is no control by Casa La Zenia. There are occasions when it is necessary for swimming pools to be maintained or repaired and Casa La Zenia cannot accept responsibility for non-use of any service or facility.  Use of the swimming pool is at the guests own risk. Guests are specifically advised not to allow unsupervised children near the pool.  No diving is allowed.  No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool area. 

Guests Responsibility The lead renter agrees to pay for any breakages, losses or damage to the property and to take good care of the property and leave all equipment and utensils in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday. In the event that anyone behaves in a way that we believe is likely to cause danger, distress or annoyance to anyone else, Casa La Zenia and their representatives reserve the right to terminate your let immediately. Casa La Zenia shall not be responsible for any costs you may incur, nor pay any compensation, nor make any refunds due to this action. The lead renter agrees to permit Casa La Zenia or their management company access to the property at reasonable times during your stay.

Passports It is the responsibility of the Lead Guest to ensure that ALL guests in the party have complied fully with all passport requirements in place at the time of travel. Children including infants must have their own passports. Casa La Zenia shall accept no liability for any losses in this respect.

Arrivals and Departures Arrival and Departure days are flexible.  Arrival and Departure times will be confirmed in the booking confirmation letter.  We will try to schedule arrival and departure times according to your flight timings. 

Pets Casa La Zenia do not allow animals, birds or reptiles of any kind in the property.  Smoking For the safety and comfort of all our guests the house is no smoking.
